We have one user whose having Lync 2013 32-bit client.

When he try to click on meet now option and when he try to do conference with 2-3 users.He is facing below error.

"When Contacting your support team, reference error ID 16389 (source ID 0)"

Please help urgently.

Troubleshooting Taken:- Updated windows update patches, re-installed MS Lync 2013 32 bit client.

If the user logs into a different machine, does the issue go away?  Do

Is the user internal or external?  Do other users experience the issue?

Can the user video chat with a single other user without meet now?

1.  Sign in with a different Lync account and check if the issue persists.

2.  Sign in with a different machine and check if the issue persists.
