Hi,

I want to keep every conversation in separate window, not all gathered in one with tabs aside. I know there is possibility to do it manually by pressing Pop this conversation out but I would like to remember that setting as a default for every new conversation. 

I don't like that grouping feature and would like to disable it. How?

Goto Options | General | uncheck "Enable tabbed conversations"

Hi , Thank you for the information, just to highlight where is the option:

OPTIONS go to IM and there you will find the option "Enable tabbed conversations", which should be unchecked.
