Hi,

Has anyone had an issue with creating response groups in Lync 2013. I get the error "No workflows are assigned to current manager." All the resources i have read say that you should create Groups->Queues->Workflows. The account has the appropriate permissions also. Is there anything i am missing?

Please add the user to  Response Group Manager and Response Group Administrator group and test it again.

This is puzzling.  I am a member of CSAdministrator group.  

And then also added my account to

Users\CSResponseGroupAdministrator

Users\CSResponseGroupManager Signed Out and signed back in...

I have a situation where i cannot create a response group because I do not have a workflow assigned.   I cannot create a workflow because a response group does not exist.   

Any suggestions?
