Lync 2013 - No audio device detected

Hello everybody.  I am hoping someone can solve this for me.  Brand new Dell Laptop E6540 Windows 7 64.  Lync WILL NOT find an audio device.  Sype works fine.  Here are the things I have tried:

- Disable USB Power Down

- Turned off virtualization

- Ensure latest drivers

- Updated BIOS

- Repaired Office

- Clean boot

- Ensure mic not muted.

Still nothing.  Considering going to Office 2010.  I see a bunch of other people on here have this issue.  Is everybody out of luck???

I found the answer on this forum.  I disabled the WiUSB Device (not sure what that is, anybody know), restarted Lync and not Audio devices show up.

I had the same and had to uninstall the drivers for the WiUSB device in Device Manager.

I have a Dell Lattitude, but don't see a WiUSB device in Device Manager.  Any thoughts?
