Lync 2013 (Migrated from Lync 2010) not able to use mobility feature.

We recently migrated from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013. Mobility was not configured earlier. We tried by following the steps mentioned on Microsoft's website. By creating DNS records internally and externally. But neither internally nor externally we are able to login using mobile App (Android).

Can somebody please help. Let me know if any other information is required.

Also I wanted to add as we migrated recently but both (Lync 2010 and 2013 server both are in ON state).

But Lync Analyzer somehow is considering Lync2010 in its discovery.

Puneet

Hi Eason,

Actually we are not using TMG/ISA so wanted to know the steps required for configuring reverse proxy on any another firewall or server.

Hi Holger,

Thanks for the url shared. I was able to configure IIS AAR using that. But now while browsing to https://lyncdiscover.domain.com. I am getting following error.

502 - we server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server

The server I am using for IIS AAR is Windows Server 2012 R2.

And the IIS version is 8.5. Please let me know if any other info is required.

Thanks in advance.
