I have MS Office 2011 on my MAC. I have noticed the conversation history is saved on the MS Lync History folder on the MAC. However the outlook mailbox folder called " conversation history "  is not updated with this info. Any idea what could be happening ?

OS : 10.9.5

Lync : 14.0.9

Outlook : 14.4.4

MS Exchange server 2013.

I believe in Lync for MAC the conversation history is saved in the client it self

For Office 2011 on MAC, the Conversation History isnt stored in Outlook.

The conversation history is stored in the path: /Users/<username>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Microsoft Lync History

As of the last update, my understanding is that it brought Exchange integration inside of Lync For Mac.   Please check into that.  This thread may be outdated already.
