Lync 2011 MAC client & response group agent call drop problem

Hello,

We have a response group configured with the "attendant" routing method, so every agent gets all the calls to the response group. Recently two agents of the response group started to use Lync 2011 on MAC. They reported an issue that when they're in a call and a new call is offered to the response group, the first call is immediately dropped. Does someone have the same problem, or knows a solution for this issue?

Updating to version 14.0.7 doesn't solve the problem. In Windows everything works well.

Hi,

Did the issue also happen on the Mac Lync client when they receive normal Lync calls?

You can enable you Lync client logging to collect more information under manual configuration. It is easier to troubleshooting the issue.
