Lync 2010 in a Multi domain environment

Hi

I'm trying to modify our Lync Environment to support a new domain tree as well my parent domain name is abc.com and my new domain tree is abd.com

abc.com  is our root domain. and i have already installed lync in one of a member server in that root domain which works fine therefore i wanted to know if i can activate lync feature for my new domain tree abd.com users without installing a brand lync server?

thanks

Hi,

You might need to do some re-configuration of Domain Preparation and publishing topology. Refer the blog:

Supported topology:
