Lync 2010 font size error

Hi,

Yesterday I was using Lynch and during a chat i might have pressed a combination of buttons and now everything i type and everything i receive is so small i can barely see it.

I tried but i could only change my font size (that even in this way will appear normal to me but very big to the receiver) while every text i receive is still small.
I called the IT office of my company but they could not solve anything even by reinstalling Office.

I read that a solution was found by creating a new Lync account but I am not able to do so because mine it's an account created by my company and I have no power on this.

Also, Ctrl+shift+> does not work.

PS: It happened again while i was writing this, i pressed something by mistake in the area of the right Ctrl button and the arrow keys: the new text I was writing became very small but i managed to solve it but deleting this new part and re-starting to write back when characters were on normal size. I think that is the same combination that caused my problem.

thanks for your kind help

Nicola

Hi,

Open Lync OptionsIMChange Font, set the suitable size and click Apply settings to incoming messages. Then test the issue again.

If the issue persists, please delete Lync user profile and user information in registry, then check the issue:
<user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Communicator\sip@domain.com

Hi,

It looks like there is no "Apply settings to incoming messages button in the "change font" or in the "general" window.

Moreover i cant find in my PC the URL you typed, what should I do? I'm kinda desperate at this point.
Thank for your patience,

Nicola
