Lync 2010 can't expand contact group and new lync user can't find anyone

Hi,

Our lync 2010 can't expand contact group and new lync user can't find anyone, I checked event log, there are a lot of same event ID 4096:

An unhandled exception was encountered in WebTicketService service.

Exception Details. System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Invalid provider type specified.

Cause: Application error. Please look through the exception details for more information.
Resolution:
Restart the server. If the problem persists contact product support.

I tried to restart and Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication, still didn't work.

Hi Tim,

 

You may try to re-install the web components which will reset the IIS configurations .

1. Uninstall Lync Server Web Components.

2. Re-run Step 2 in Lync Server Deployment Wizard.

It's my fault, I assigned incorrect certificate, when I assigned computer certificate, the issue had been solved.
