Lync 2010 Team call group, calls are being answered by a member who is offline

Hi,

We have a team of users that have simultaneous ring setup to ring each other at the same time.  this was working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago.  what happens now is that if one member of the team is offline, any calls to the first individual and therefore team are answered by the offline users voicemail.

I've tried replicating the setup with my Lync but it behaves as expected, so if a user in my team call group is offline Lync doesn't offer them the call.

Any ideas?

the user is in a couple of response groups but none of the groups are involved in this team call group, is it still worth removing and re adding her?

You can try to change the routing method and then check if it works as you expect.

Hi,

I'm not sure why this would help, the response groups aren't involved in what they've setup.  It's a simultaneous ring to a team call group.
