guidance is required how can install lync certificate in my Iphone 4s. without certificate it is not connecting

If you followed the best practices, installing internal certificate will not be necessary. Anyhow, export your CA root certificate and email it (Outlook will complain about security, but you disregard) to yourself. Then, from the iPhone, open the certificate and choose to import.
