I am in the process of withdrawing our lync 2010 service as I have moved everyone to lync 2013. I just need to move the CMS which I am planning to do soon, but I am seeing high memory usage for  IMMCUSSvc, ASMCUSvc and DataMCUSvc on the Lync 2010 server with the CMS which for a server nobody is on, is strange.

Could this cause an issue with moving the CMS and or does it mean I have missed something, if so what?

I haven't tried just rebooting the server yet as I would like to get to the cause, so that if I reboot I can expect the problem to go away not just hope.

Did you solve the issue after root the Lync 2010 Server?

Please check if there is any error message on Lync 2010 Server Event Viewer.

Please check if you complete the above 7 steps before move CMS from Lync Server 2010 to Lync Server 2013 with the link below:
