Hi ,

I'm Facing one issues with one of my client PC Windows 7 64 bit OS and Lync Client 2010 and office 2013 everything working but while doing IM with other the conversation History is not storing in Outlook 

And i taken all work around also while i'm checking with Lync client the View conversation History option is grayed out 

I reinstalled Office and Lync Client also and Added registry Key Communicator and Dword ImAutoArchivingPolicy also.

Please some one help me for solution .

Hi,

Please try to delete Lync user profile and information on Registry with the following path:

%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip@domain.com

Then also delete Outlook user profile and then test the issue again.

Please make sure Lync and Outlook update to the latest version as well.
