All,

I currently have a user that has a dual monitor setup and when she tries to do a desktop share, she is only presented with "All monitors" as her choice. 

The fun part, if I remote her system to check on this behavior myself, the menu option changes to show the choice between monitor 1 and monitor 2 but as soon as I disconnect from RDP, the option goes away for her again and its back to All monitors. Anyone have any clues on this one?

I've tried my best googlefu on this and I've not found anything so far.

I've checked that thread and that isn't the problem the user is having. 

The issue is that the user does NOT have the ability to share a specific monitor. The user can ONLY share ALL of her monitors at once as one big screen. This is obviously not a good thing as she doesn't want to share all 3 monitors as one big screen to people who only have one screen.

You are able to change the settings means obviously not display setting or driver settings.<o:p></o:p>

I havetried to reproduces issue however unable to do it. However you can do thing
which might help you.<o:p></o:p>

1. Exit Lync application. Open task manager and End process the communicator.exe.

2. Login again and check. If issue persist then.<o:p></o:p>

3. Check under 'Give control' Option. See whether option is available,<o:p></o:p>

4. Try to change display setting. Setting must show 3 monitor.<o:p></o:p>

5. At last - Recreate windows profile and check.<o:p></o:p>
