Is there any option if we login to Lync 2010 through mobile but the other user available on Laptop/desktop could not see this written in front my name " Login/Available on Mobile". Please suggest

As I test, Lync 2010 mobility client cannot prevent other people seeing the status about Login/Available on Mobile. However, if you choose Lync client 2013, when you login Lync client with mobile, others will see Available-Video Capable instead of Available on Mobile. So if possible you can choose Lync client 2013.
