Hi,

I launched Lync on my mac a few days ago (no idea what version) and it asked me to update.  Stupidly I did and it started crashing trying to log in.  That was 14.0.7.  IT was able to find and install 14.0.6.  I am able to get further and almost log in now, but as soon as my contact list pops up, it immediately crashes.

My asst has 14.0.0 on his laptop and it works fine.  My account also works fine on other machines.  So, is there a fix I can do?  I already trashed prefs, fixed permissions, did a fresh install, etc.  Or can someone point me to a 14.0.0 version I can install and maybe that will work?

It may something wrong with your Lync configuration, you can perform a clean uninstall of Lync for Mac 2011 with the help of the link below:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2691870/en-us

Then install Lync for Mac 14.0.6 to test the issue again.
