Hello, A user in my enterprise uses Offline Files. At the last synchronize, when user is connected on our network, only shortcuts to synchronize's files are present. How could i resolve that problem? I have found no settings about that. I have erased his profile et recreated after but the problem is coming back. Thanks for your response.

Hi, First, please check whether the shortcuts still exist in the shared folder. You may forcedly synchronize the Offline files in the Sync Center for a test.
