Lost all softeware when Office Depot tried to erase all personal data from my laptop but ended up reformating the entire HDD. Who do I go about getting back all of the software that camewith the laptop?

Office Depot put Windows 8.1 back on but I need all of the original software that came with the laptop.

You could always reset to factory or restore from your backup

Hi,

In addition, if you dont have full disk image or recovery partition, bad news, you cannot get them back.
