I am well aware that there are a number of other identical threads, all of which come to the same basic conclusion. Go to the download site, start a download, get a new code. I have tried this a few times now over the last week and still no luck, I enter my live id and password and then wait for a small rotating green circle to do what circles do; never end. Im not sure if there is anything anyone can do but I though it best to ask. I have been on the internet and there are a number of codes out there which have been published on sites such asthis*, obviously Im inclined no to trust them and I dont really want to format my windows 7 instillation only to find I cant use it when I reinstall. Small bit of info on how I lost the product key. It was saved to a memory stick, and I had a paper copy. Thanks for the replies but ive fixed it now. Phoned a friend and he had a key which ive used. Thanks for the info.
