Hi, This behavior occurs if the network adapter is not compatible. I suggest that you try to find the latest the driver from the computer manufacture website. After downloading before installing, I suggest that you remove the existed driver. 1. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter.2. Expand "Network Adapters", double-click on the entry of the network adapter.3. Click the tab "Driver", click "Uninstall".4. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "appwiz.cpl" and press Enter. 5. Remove the entries related to the wireless network adapter. Then, temporary disable the anti-virus and firewall, install the new driver. If the issue persists, I am afraid that the device will not work with Windows 7 beta. Arthur Xie - MSFT

Are you connecting directly to your isp gateway or are you connecting through a router? What type of network adapter do you have?
