Every time I download pictures and videos from my phone or camera onto my Windows 7 computer my videos end up disappearing after I disconnect my device. I'm not sure if they're getting sent to a separate folder but they are not with my pictures. This is quite frustrating!

Address appropriate forum aimed at your phone. Unfortunately you have not specified the tool that you used for downloading files. I am pretty sure that the problem is not on the Windows 7 operating system. Regards Milos
