Looking for a way to remove Lync Toast Pop-Up

Hello,

When I receive a new IM, if I'm broadcasting my screen, or playing a game, or writing something fullscreen etc, the toast that pops up to let me know I've received a new IM is extremely frustrating and unnecessary.

Further, the IM won't populate in my IM tabs until I either click it, or an inordinately long amount of time passes (15s?).

I'd love a way to shorten this time to nil or completely remove the feature, and I do not find this in the options available in the app.

Has anyone found a way to achieve this?

Thanks!!

Hi,

There is no way to remove the toast pop up for the incoming IM/Call naturally.

You can post a case on MSDN forum, and there are more Lync developing experts will help to confirm if the function could be completed by Lync SDK. Thanks for your understanding.
