Hi there, I would like to confirm the following points:1.How did you try to login to your email account, via Windows Live Mail or any other programs? Which type of Email Client you log in?(Windows Mail, MSN, Gmail ,etc.)2.Is it a clean install or upgrade install of Windows 7? Did the issue occurs even since you first install Windows 7, or just appears recently? Generally speaking, the steps to remove unnecessary account from Email login depends on the program setting/config, you can try to find it under Account Options or Account Management. For example, in Windows Live Mail, you can right click the unwanted account and choice “Remove Account”. If you are using Office Outlook, you can remove another account via Control Panel -> Mail -> Profiles. If the issue persists, create a new admin level account and login in email from this account as a test. Pls let me know if you still have the same issue in the new account? Good luck!
