Hi,

I'm using Lync Server 2010 and started to migrate end users in my organization from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013 Basic.

I have problem with one user, who can login in using Lync 2010, but can't login using Lync 2013 Basic, dozens of other users can easily login in both version of Lync client. There is only one profile for client UA on server.

I wonder if anyone else had this problem? How did You manage to solve it? Where to start to diagnose it?

Hi, if this is just on a single mahchine, please delete anything on the local machine in the following two locations;

<user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\

<user profile>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\

If the issue persists, or if this affects more than one machine, can you please advise of the error message when your login fails.

Have you Lync Logging enabled to collect the trace file for troubleshooting.
