Login script works on physical machine but not virtual/termian services machine
Terminal server - profiles and homes http://support.microsoft.com/kb/195461/en-us http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816313/en-us http://www.brianmadden.com/blogs/terminal_services_for_microsoft_windows_server_2003_advanced_technical_design_guide/pages/logon-scripts.aspx I am not sure if we can give virtual server and terminal server into one category. Or you mean terminal server in virtual environment? Regards Milos

I have a login scipt that maps network drives. The script works fine if I am logging into a physical machine but not if I login to a terminal server or a virtual machine. Example: I do remote desktop to login to a terminal server and goto computer and see an x for my drive that i am trying to map. Using the same net use command as in my login script i can manually use it at a command prompt and my drive shows up. The command i enter is no different then what is in the login script. Can anyone tell me why the login script will not do my net use command. I have other net use commands setup the exact same way and they are showing up fine.
