Hi!

I had virus on my windows 8.1, but that is gone now. But after the virus my login on my computer is strengh. When i have had my computer off and put it on again, then the login page comes and i shell write the password....but i cant...the keybord is no funktion in the buttons. If i shut the computer off again, the same happens, but if i restart the computer then i can use my keybords button and write in my password.

This happend after i get the virus and it still is there, the problem. Anything i can do to make it right agian? Can i download any updates or some fix to make it work propertly again?Anyone who can help me with this question?

Create another User Account with administrative privileges and recheck the issue.

You may also  run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files
