Does that mean it started working normally after that? FWIW I have been trying to get users to say whether explorer.exe is running in this circumstance. If it is not running it explains the "nothing display" symptom. Then an appropriate workaround would be to try starting it using TM's File New task command. I don't know what the Runonce Wrapper would be in relation to explorer.exe or what it would be starting otherwise. Try using SysInternals AutoRuns to find out.use ctrl+alt+del and go to task manager\user tab and end task the Runonce Wrapper (32bit) then only login the windows
Hi SSaravanakumarerode,
When did this issue occur ?Have you installed any third parties recently?
"end task the Runonce Wrapper(32bit) then only login the windows"
Do you mean the issue will be resolved by ending the Runonce Wrapper (32bit)?
Please take the following steps to have a troubleshoot :
1.Check whether there is any application in this path :
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
2.Try clean boot to have a troubleshoot whether it is caused by the third party software.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows

3.Use the autorun tool to check the autorun services just as Robert suggested.
Autoruns for Windows v13.0

4.If the issue occurred recently , we may need to perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous point .We will lose the configurations after the restore point.
Best regards
