Logging on to windows..When Turning on the computer screen comes up and shows windows icon and logging on , but then it does not take me to my sign on. The page goes to totally blank screen..
When Turning on the computer screen comes up and shows windows icon and logging on , but then it does not take me to my sign on. The page goes to totally blank screen.. I then cannot do anything I have to unplug computer to shut down..This computer and monitor is just a week old.1 person needs an answerI do too
