Logging not showing any source / client details

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange issue when trying to capture details from Firewall or Web Proxy Filter, logging is not showing any source / client details:



I wonder if any one has experienced same issue; searching on internet didn't conclude anything positive.

We have remote logging enabled on SQL and though connections are all OK, there is no information being fetched in database.

Server (SQL) roles have been configured and user has DBO access on the database.

Is there any way I could investigate it further, may be some logs somewhere?

any suggestions are more than welcome.

Thank you Joyce,

I did check these articles and settings are as expected.

Its quiet weird that though the logging is enabled due to some reason it only likes to create the log files locally and not on SQL server. Connectivity has been tested OK. Not sure whats going wrong with this...
