HIThere are two users on one computer.Because the information is sensitive. Can we establish 2 separate log ins.ThanksJoWhat version of Windows (XP Home, XP Pro) and service pack?Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Create a new accountGive the account a name and password; select a picture. The accounts you use every day should be Limited accounts (unless there is some software package that you use frequently that absolutely won't run in a Limited account). You should have at least one administrator-type account OTHER THAN the built-in account named "Administrator." You should use the administrator-level account that you create to do things that require administrator privileges, such as running System Restore or installing software. The built-in account named "Administrator" should not be used except for emergencies -- and in fact this account is not available in XP Home except in Safe Mode for this very reason. Note that if you are using XP Pro, as soon as you create an account with administrator-privileges, the built-in account named "Administrator" is no longer (normally) visible. Thus, if you have been using this account already, you will need to move your documents and data to one of the new accounts. Please respond if this applies to you.
