Logging In getting stuck at Setting up personalized settings for: Windows Media Player Just as it says. No errors in the error log really stuck to why this is. It only happens in one of our labs no where else? Robbie

You might nee to try safe mode, and if that one has problems, then i think you might need to reinstall, unless someone else has e better idea.Please do not forget to select the best answer if it helps you! The problem has gone away on it's own at the minute. It's either a microsoft patch or a network related issue Robbie

Hi, I would like to advise that it is not related to Microsoft Patch. Maybe some 3rd party applications locked the directory where Windows Media Player would access so that this situation happened. re: 3rd party application on 30 PC's in an isolated pc suite which has the same image and hardware as everywhere else in our buildings? If it comes back I'll try the troubleshooting but I think there was probably more afoot here
