Logged in as Administrator but, cannot delete and replace a file
Bitdefender tech needs for me to replace a small file in the program. I can't do it though I am logged in as the administrator. I get the message I need administrative permission or some such. I have tried reducing the UAC to as low as it can go, going to properties of the folder that the file is in to try and get me permission but, to no avail. What can I do? In the meantime, the Bitdefender program cannot update its databases.

I got it to work by logging in through safe mode.
