Log in to PC problem

Hi

I was able to get into my site on my PC this morning.

I noticed that my Trend Security was not assisting when I went online to check out websites as it shows up automatically.

I rang them and made sure they weren't down they said it may be updates have changed it being able to read things online. They suggested I download their new version.

But before I downloaded their new version:

I did do some security changes re to not allowing Apps to automatically access and do changes to my PC.

Also I changed the language for my qwerty keyboard from US and India (English) to just UK English.

I turned off a range of permissions that Apps were not allowed to do on some charms that came up on the left side of my screen.

I downloaded the new version 10. Said yes to uninstalling the old version.

When it said 'Restart' computer I did just that but ever since I shut down I cannot access my site on my PC even after I reset my password!

I have a 'Guest' site I don't need to use a password to use the PC and go online. But all my work I save is on my private site. I tried entering the administrator changes using my email and the old password, then the new password but neither works.

I rang Trend again and checked to see if their new version install may have done this and they assured me they don't change passwords.

What have I done? How do I undo it whatever it is I've changed that won't let me access my site on my PC?

Thank you, FlumX

Your profile may have gotten corrupted during the install process.

If you have not resolved your problem, you may want to perform a system repair from the Windows 10 media. If you do not have any media (flash drive or DVD), you can download the ISO from Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and burn the ISO to a DVD or flash drive.
