I have two nics (network cards) and I want the local user to be able to have full access to one while no access to the 2nd nic.
How can I achieve this?

Hi,
In Control Panel\Network and Sharing Center\Change adapter settings, each adapter is listed next to the name of the network connection that uses it, you can enable or disable one as you want, make sure to select the correct one.
Or disable the adapter in device manager, expand to Network Adapters.

can meet the purpose.
