Local area connection icon is missing
Local area connection icon is missing from my network place and task bar .How to view the missing connection 1 person needs an answerI do too

The Local Area Connection icon should appear in Control Panel >Network Connections . My Network Places shows computers and shared folders, not network connections.To put it in the taskbar, right-click the connection, click Properties , and put a check mark in theShow icon in notification area when connected box.Boulder Computer Maven Microsoft Most Valuable Professional

Hello Steve,I have the same problem. However, the "Show icon in notification area when connected" box is checked but still the notification icon is missing.I've also tried to uncheck the box and save changes and then check the box and save changes but still the icon is missings.perhaps you have a different solution for me ?
