Local Security Policy Keeps Resetting
The "Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL" local security policy keeps resetting back to enabled. I keep changing it to disabled, but every time I log in again (regardless of if I shut down my computer or not), it resets back to enabled. I even ran the policy editor as an administrator, but that doesn't help.

Find the registry key location for it and change the permissions on the key.

Thank you again for your reply. I have changed the key, rebooted, change the permissions, rebooted, and it is still not working. The key remains at 0, but the policy still resets. Can something else be done to keep this from resetting?

Is this computer joined to a domain or workgroup. Has it previously been joined to a domain?

No, this is not joined to a domain or workgroup (except for the default workgroup named "WORKGROUP"). This computer has never been joined to a domain, ever. Thanks for your reply.
