Very frequently i arrange leader ship meetings. I have a camera which is live streamed to different locations. Then invite is sent to peeople to accept the live feed.

I want to try different through lync. I want people to directly get access without my intervention while the live streaming is going on.

It is similar to watching live cricket match through TV.

Is that possible through Lync.

You can try to configure the Meeting options. Anyone(no restrictions) can join the video meeting without waiting in the lobby. Choose "Only me, the meeting organizer", mute all attendees and block attendees' video.
