Live One Care firewall mystery
Re the firewall on Windows Live One Care security program, when i turned my computer on i got a pop-up saying my firewall was turned off. i opened up the program, clicked on the firewall icon which opened the pop-up box. Both the "turn on" and "turn off" firewall boxes were greyed out and showed that the "turn off" firewall box was clicked to show that the firewall was off.So I came to MS's website to look for a solution and found this forum. Before I typed this question, i opened up Live One Care again, and VOILA, the firewall was turned on and the box where i could click it on or off described above was no longer greyed out without me doing a single thing. This makes me very suspicious that something or someone is messing with my computer.Due to some other irregularities with Internet Explorer, I did a full security scan of my computer last night, but nothing showed up. I also ran MS's free malware detection program and came up clean as well.Although my problem seems solved for the moment, i welcome any ideas about what may be going on with my computer.1 person needs an answerI do too
