Recently i upgraded to RC from build 7k, i mostly messed around with it every now and then, but seeing as this is the final version of 7 untill release, does anyone have a list of W7 troubleshooting tools? i currently know of the record steps to reproduce a problem.

that shows troubleshooting tasks for normal users, im looking for ones that can assist a technician, like how the recorder saves what the user did, and the tech and analyze it.
