i had a virus on myother notebookcomputer and i scanned my computer and deleted the virus. ever since i cannot get on the internet via eithernet or wireless. ive tried at home and at school. it always says "limited or no connectivity" in the bottom right corner. i press repair but it says it cant get the ip address. how can i fix this so i can get back on the internet?

I've got exactly the same problem. I am using Norton antivirus. Who's got an idea what I can do??

Can you explain more? Maybe the virus stroke your TCPIP.sys file to damage your connection.

i brought my computer in to the IT services at St. John's University and they fixed it for me so just bring ur computer in to some tech place.
