Whenever I use my schools remote software programs all my letters when typed turn into sequential numbers 0-9. This also happens when I try to play WoW. NUmlock has no effect fn+numlock does nothing and even plugging in an usb keyboard does the samething.

Hi, After checking this issue, I would like to confirm the following details: 1. Did this issue only occur in few programs? 2. Did this issue occur before? We could try the following steps to check the result: 1. If this issue did not occur before, please try system restore to get back to a previous time point which everything worked fine. 2. Update BIOS, chipset driver and keyboard driver to the latest for test. 3. Check User Guide about how to use NumLock key.
