I would gladly help, but you should probably ask this question in a Java forum.

You are asking for Java code to launch a generic web page, using Windows authentication, from Java.

When asking your question in the Java forum you should probably also specify what kind of Java application you are developing (Swing, Web, JSP?)

Do you want to start the Portal Page, or are you looking to access the FIM SERVICE APIs??
