Latitude E6410 Not able to pair Bluetooth Headset
Hi Am Using Dell Latitude E6410 Model a Working on WN7 OS 32 Bit . trying to Pair Dell (Byte DN5710BT) Model Bluetooth Head set am able to add the device to system But getting error like nod driver found for the same . "Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver" Error. And adding to that .. in Device properties captured below info The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. Am not able to find Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver .....

Hi, Please refer: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310123 Since this problem is caused by driver, I suggest that you may contact Dell to get the latest driver for these Bluetooth device. I cannot find the headset manufacturer or that device referenced on Dell support- is there a Dell part number? try the driver\application disk that came with the device check the battery in the device Troubleshooting here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Add-a-Bluetooth-or-other-wireless-or-network-device-frequently-asked-questions
