Laptop touch pad problems
The vertical and horizontal slide bars are not working on the touch pad on my laptop. All other functions are working properly.

Sounds like you need to install the drivers for it. What model of laptop is it?

This issue should be related to the touchpad driver or the touchpad is damaged. Please go to the laptop manufacturer's website to download the latest driver for
Windows 7 and see if the issue can be resolved. If the issue persists or if the driver is not available, it is recommended contact the laptop support directly to confirm if this is a hardware issue.
