My laptop and desktop computers share a network and printer. All of a sudden I cannot print from the laptop. It says unable to connect to the printer. When I try to add the printer again it doesn't even come up as an option. I have reconnected the networks. The error message I get is some kind of printer can not spool. Please help! Nothing I have tried has worked!1 person needs an answerI do too

You could try stopping and starting the spooler service on both computers. You can do it using one command, open a Run window (Windows key+R), type or copy and paste cmd /k net stop spooler && net start spooler (note the 8 spaces) and press Enter. Close the cmd prompt window.
