Greetings,I have an Hp Pavaillion laptop, DV 1000 series with Windows xp Home edition, service pack 3. I noticed an issue with the my monitor it seems; curtain areas are a lighter shade or greyed out. On the log in screen, I notice the blue shade normally except for a few areas that are lighter in color. I was wondering if there was a way to fix these pixels in the monitor so that all of my colors are the same?Thanks in advance.1 person needs an answerI do too

Not really, laptop screens can fail, but you should ensure you have any updated driver (video) available from HP site, specific to your model, and NOT from MSUpdate
