LYNC is crashing every immediately when you try to start the application

I recently got locked out of my macbook via "centrify" and an active directory problem.  The problem was resolved and I am now able to get back into my laptop.  However lync now is crashing immediately when you try to start the application.  I have tried removing and re-installing the application as well as pulled latest updates and installed them as well.  The error report shows...

As I rely on LYNC for most of my business communication with my company ACTIAN.  I am hoping there is a way to resolve this.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Did you solve the issue with the help Raju_raju provided above?

If the issue persists, you can do the following steps:

1. You need to uninstall Lync for Mac completely, including .plist file, Microsoft Lync Data,Microsoft Lync History folders in the Users/username/Documents/Microsoft User Data folder, delete any keychains and other files.
More details:
https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2691870
Then install Lync client again.

2. Update A/V drivers and other drivers to the latest version.

Then test the issue again.

Best Regards,
