LYNC Enabling user : Insufficient access rigths

I have installed LYNC, created new users, enabled those users => no pb at all.

But I have some user that were already in a admin OU that I cannot enable, I get :

Active Directory operation failed on "mydc.company.net" You cannot retry this operation: "Insufficient access rigths to perform operation

00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150BB9, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGTHS),data 0

If I create a new admin in that OU, even one with an exchange mailbox, I have no problem to enable this user....

If someone has a clue on what I should look at ...

Thanks

JF

Would love to read the blog post.  However, hitting that link prompts for username/password.

Apologize for that...  I am working with my SharePoint guy to fix that issue.  You can see it if you scroll down on the homepage though.
