Hello Team,

We are in Lync 2010 environment, and lately we are seeing issue with user's such as; person will suddenly been delegated to manage calls for someone.  For one user, she has around 7 different delegates..  

We don't enable LYNC Enterprise for user's, so there is no chance of them manually delegating.

Is there an integration between Outlook and Lync that can cause this issue.  How do I remove them permanently?

The fix that I was using is not working; I enable Enterprise telephony and ask the user to delete.  The next day it will come up again..  I can't think much now..  Please help..

Yes, the delegation will be sync with the configuration in outlook.

Because a secretary should be able to manage the online meetings in Lync for her boss.

You can disable this through a client policy.

Set this parameter EnableExchangeDelegateSync to $false will disable the sync. 

The field is set to be blank for us.  What does that mean?  I am also looking at setting EnableDelegation to $false in csvoicepolicy.  Will that do any good?
